How to make each day brighter
If you want be somebody to someone, you better become someone to yourself first 💗 Here are 3 tips I have from my journey to becoming a person I really love. I hope you take one thing away from this & implement it into your daily life. You don’t need to do it all at once, one step at a time will take you far.


1. Tolerating How Others Treat You
Have you been noticing how people in your life are treating you? Sometimes, without even realizing it, we tolerate things from others that we don’t deserve—whether it’s boundaries being crossed, criticism, or just a lack of support. It’s worth taking a moment to ask yourself: What am I allowing? Are there any boundaries you need to set so you can protect your peace and energy?
2. PUT YOUR F*CKING PHONE DOWN
I promise you SO much of the negative energy and comparison and unworthiness is being amplified by your phone usage. The more time I spend scrolling, the more I find myself reaching for distraction and struggling with high anxiety & dissatisfaction. It’s okay if you don’t have any hobbies yet, but you MUST take the initiative to start one. Remember, you don’t have to be good at it. But you do have to put your phone down.


3. BUILD YOUR SELF WORTH
I’m sorry to break it to you but nobody is going to do this for you. There is no Prince Charming who’s going to sweep you off your feet and rid you of your insecurities and unworthiness that you feel. It’s quite the opposite actually, there are many people who you will encounter who will make you question your self worth. So you must be building it up and maintaining it. This gets easier when you surround yourself with people who treat you well and life you up (so see #1 as well).
